This poster explores how tumor- and host-derived adenosine affect radiosensitivity in breast cancer models. It shows that radiation increases adenosine levels, and that loss of CD73 in tumor—but not host—cells improves response. Targeting CD73 and adenosine receptors may enhance tumor control.
